Overview
Hormel Foods Family of Companies is seeking an Infrastructure Team Lead for its Corporate Office in Austin, MN. In this role, you will supervise IT Services personnel and manage key infrastructure environments including end-user hardware, software, and operating system platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop IT Services teams.
- Plan, design, implement, maintain, monitor, and support enterprise infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with standards, maintain documentation and secure environments.
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders on tactical and strategic planning.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract negotiations.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 5-7 years’ experience in engineering enterprise infrastructure, is required. Candidates must have proven team leadership, technical expertise in systems engineering, and a history of successful project execution. U.S. citizenship or work authorization is mandatory.
