Your Role:
As a Paid Media Consultant, you will be responsible for your E-commerce client portfolio (DNVB, DTC, Startups, SMEs, etc.) and will drive the performance of their digital acquisition campaigns (80% Social, 20% Search).
Your Missions:
- Understand client objectives and propose the most suitable acquisition strategy.
- Drive campaigns: structuring, creation, management, and daily optimization.
- Co-drive creative strategy: identify the right angles, formats, and messages based on the acquisition funnel, and brief the creative team to produce impactful visuals.
- Ensure fluid and proactive client relations: calls, reports, weekly exchanges.
- Analyze performance: strategies and reporting (Data Studio & Google Analytics).
- Stay updated on trends: identify trends in France and abroad.
- Participate in the improvement of the Paid Business Unit (processes, audits, etc.).
What We're Looking For:
- You have a strong command of Paid Social: minimum 2 years of agency experience, with real expertise in Meta Ads (TikTok Ads is a plus).
- You have basics in Search Ads: you understand Google Ads functionality and the importance of keywords, the buyer journey, and intent to boost conversion.
- You know that creative is crucial: you can recommend the right visuals, imagine effective communication angles, and guide a creative team to produce the best ads.
- You have a good e-commerce culture: you understand online sales mechanics (cart, conversion, AOV, LTV...) and can drive an acquisition strategy with a real business vision, beyond simple ROAS or CPA.
- You are comfortable with clients: you know how to listen, understand, explain, and anticipate. Pedagogy and trust are part of your DNA.
- You are structured and reliable: you can manage multiple clients in parallel with rigor, method, and autonomy. Planning, execution, and project follow-up do not scare you.
- You speak data fluently: you can read a campaign, analyze numbers, and derive concrete actions.
- You are ambitious: you want to progress, take on responsibilities, and have a real impact in a growing company.
