Your Role

In this context, we are looking for a Legal Intern or Apprentice to join the Legal department and work on topics with strong technological and regulatory dimensions. In close collaboration with Marie, Head of Legal, you will be involved in various legal matters at the heart of a technological, international, and constantly evolving environment. You will contribute to securing the legal aspects related to our activities, by supporting contractual matters as well as regulatory monitoring and the analysis of issues combining law, technology, and business.

Your Missions

• Participate in the drafting, review, and follow-up of contracts, confidentiality agreements, purchase orders...
• Conduct legal and regulatory watch.
• Contribute to the analysis of regulations such as GDPR, DORA, the Digital Omnibus, or the Cyber Resilience Act.
• Work on legal issues related to software, SaaS, and hosted solutions for financial institutions.
• Respond to internal requests in conjunction with the business, product, and technical teams.
• Participate in the structuring of internal legal documentation and processes.

Profile Sought

• Master's degree (M1 or M2) in digital law, new technologies law, or business law, with a strong interest in tech subjects.
• First internship experience in the field of new technologies is appreciated.
• Strong interest in the legal and regulatory issues applicable to technologies for capital markets finance.
• Ability to delve into complex subjects combining legal and technical dimensions.
• Rigor, curiosity, organizational skills, and a desire to learn.
• Good level of English is essential, both written and spoken.
