About the Role: Legal Operations Manager

The Legal Operations Manager plays a critical role in the Legal and Policy team. You will streamline workflows, manage legal requests, oversee record keeping and contract lifecycle management, and produce monthly data reports for leadership.

  • Optimize legal and policy operations through streamlined workflows.
  • Manage legal requests and back office operations.
  • Create and analyze data metrics for team performance.
  • Support cross-functional projects with Revenue, Finance, and Sales teams.
  • Drive technology adoption including AI efficiencies and legal tech tools.

Who You Are

You are highly organized, analytical, and experienced in legal operations. With at least 5 years of relevant experience, you excel at managing complex work streams, implementing process improvements, and collaborating across teams. You have hands-on experience with legal technology and a keen interest in exploring AI tools.
