What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

  • Lead and scale the engineering team for the ad platform.
  • Partner with product and business leaders to define the roadmap.
  • Recruit and develop top engineering talent and future leaders.
  • Ensure systems are robust, scalable, and built for rapid iteration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, product, and sales.
  • Innovate on travel retail media delivery, measurement, and monetization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in team management.
  • Experience with complex, distributed systems and ad tech platforms.
  • Successful track record in partnering with product and business teams.
  • Skilled at attracting, mentoring, and growing engineering talent.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for leveraging technology in travel, marketplaces, or advertising.
