Employees benefit from membership in HOOPP’s world-class defined benefit pension plan, which is a crucial part of retirement security. Competitive, 100% company-paid extended health and dental benefits for permanent employees include coverage supporting diversity and mental health (e.g., gender affirmation, fertility and drug treatment, psychological support benefits of $2,500 per year, parental leave top-up, and a health spending account). • Act as a design leader and doer.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear traceability between requirements, design artifacts, and implementation, partnering with Product and Engineering to maintain alignment through delivery.
