Job Summary:

The Senior Operations Manager - Technology Service Operations leads a team of engineers in Monitoring and IT Service Management Tools (ITSM & ITOM) and manages the associated platform.

Job Duties:

  • Lead a team of engineers in Monitoring and IT Service Management Tools.
  • Manage and maintain the Monitoring and IT Service Management Platform.
  • Oversee daily and long-term operational and strategic management of tools.
  • Communicate approaches and procedures to stakeholders.
  • Implement KPIs for process efficiency measurement and performance reporting.
  • Apply continuous improvement for enhanced service management.
  • Support other ITSM processes as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Over five years of experience with systems management processes/tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC).
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes and leading tools.
  • Experience in mission critical, high availability, high performance, large-scale systems.
  • Background in code and Agile development, with Linux and Windows server support preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated organizations is a plus.
  • ITIL Certification, strong vendor management, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
