Job Summary

The Officer, Clearing Administration & Services will support account setup, administration, due diligence and KYC procedures.

Job Duties

  • Perform operational duties such as account setup, account administration, and generate MIS reports for management review.
  • Conduct due diligence and KYC procedures for Clearing Participant onboarding, account monitoring and reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Propose operational flow changes to strengthen controls and enhance efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of new products, projects, and business initiatives.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • University Degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in securities firms or established financial institutions.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access; knowledge of Macros, VBA and automation tools is preferred.
