Overview
The Assistant Officer - Examinations Administration at Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) is responsible for handling various administrative duties covering pre-, during- and post-examination operations. This role ensures that all examination activities are properly executed while supporting logistic operations and facilities.
Duties
The appointee will:
- Handle administrative tasks for examination operations.
- Support in examination facilities, equipment, and logistics.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for smooth examination processes.
- Improve operations and services within the Division.
- Ensure activities adhere to financial objectives, timelines, and relevant policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years in an administrative or operational role, particularly in education or public sectors.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Chinese word processing.
- Experience in system UAT, customer service, complaint handling, and daily accounting operations (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and during irregular hours, including public holidays.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with Putonghua.
Employment Terms
The position is on a fixed-term contract with benefits including MPF, medical, dental care and a contract-end gratuity. Future employment opportunities may be available based on performance and staffing needs.
