Join Honeywell's team of innovators and engineers to design, develop, and integrate complex software applications. As a Software Engineer Full Time Recent Grad, you will provide value-added software features, generate innovative solutions, and help drive futuristic projects.

Location & Work Arrangement

This position is available in multiple locations across the United States. The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience.

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary range is approximately $68,000 to $126,500 per year, subject to various factors including experience, education, and key skills. Honeywell offers a comprehensive benefits package including employer-subsidized Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, as well as 401(k) match, Paid Time Off, and more.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Graduation between August 2025 and May 2026 with availability to begin full-time work between September 2025 and July 2026.
  • Approval to work in the U.S. as required by export control laws.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
