About the role
Senior IT Analyst
As a Sr. IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving systems and processes to support business objectives and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions and contribute to the organization's technology initiatives.
You will report to Sr Director, SAP Process Transformation and you’ll work out of Honeywell US locations - Charlotte, NC or Raliegh, NC or Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX on a Hybrid work schedule.
Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F
In this role, you will impact the effectiveness and efficiency of SAP S4 transformation by aligning process designs with businesses & functions, supporting project deliverables, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize BPM methodology and tools (e.g. Signavio) to map/model / design business processes.
- Analyze IT systems and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
- Support IT projects by providing data-driven insights and assisting with implementation and testing.
- Maintain documentation and provide training to end-users as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies to recommend enhancements.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in IT, BPM or related roles, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with BPM & data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and business process workflows relevant to enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with project support activities including requirements gathering, testing, and documentation.
- Ability to stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies to recommend enhancements.
