About the Role: Mechanical Engineer - Recent Grad Full Time

As a Mechanical Engineer at Honeywell, you will apply your academic knowledge to design and develop innovative mechanical systems, components, and assemblies. You will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define mechanical requirements.
  • Assist in design and development of mechanical systems.
  • Conduct analysis and simulations for performance and reliability.
  • Support testing and validation of designs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Location & Compensation

This position is available in multiple locations across the United States. The exact worksite will be based on business needs, candidate experience, and qualifications. The general annual base salary range is $68,000 to $126,500.

Qualifications

Applicants should be pursuing or have obtained a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or similar. Candidates must have graduated or will graduate between August 2025 and May 2026, and be available to start full-time between September 2025 and July 2026. In addition, US Person status is required due to export control laws.
