Material Handler with Carpentry Skills - Level 1

Overview

As a Material Handler with Carpentry Skills - Level 1 at Honeywell, you will work at our St. Louis, MO location on an on-site schedule, reporting to the Material Management Leader. You will improve supply chain efficiency by handling, labeling, and documenting materials, while using carpentry skills to build customized pallets.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy, quality, and quantity of materials.
• Label, document, and stage materials appropriately.
• Utilize carpentry skills to build custom pallets.
• Locate and process materials for job orders.
• Maintain, replenish, audit, and account for inventory.
• Process returns and collaborate with departments.
• Conduct annual inventory audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Carpentry skills for customized pallet building.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with SAP, Oracle, MS.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting at least 40 pounds.
