About the Role

As a Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering Intern at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience across various projects within the manufacturing and industrial engineering teams. You will work closely with experienced professionals, learn about optimizing manufacturing operations, improving process efficiency, and driving operational excellence.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste
• Support the implementation of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and ensure product quality
• Participate in data analysis and problem-solving activities
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of manufacturing documentation and standard operating procedures

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar fields, with graduation scheduled for December 2026 or later. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required. Ideal candidates are eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment and have a basic understanding of lean principles.
