About the role
Lead SAP Analyst
Honeywell is seeking a Lead SAP Analyst to join their Enterprise IT function. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating multiple applications within the SAP domain, with a focus on S4 HANA, ABAP, UI5, and FIORI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect solutions, manage vendors, and analyze business requirements.
- Document requirements and new processes, identify and resolve process gaps.
- Support automation initiatives and drive process efficiency.
- Act as an IT application owner, providing support for business cycles and managing MOS.
- Lead process and deployment reviews, assist with test strategy and change management.
- Support Super Users and ensure audit compliance and software currency.
- Partner with Operations to ensure a stable environment.
- Provide input into the overall SAP roadmap and design maintainable solutions.
Qualifications
You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- 10+ years of technical/functional experience within SAP, including ABAP, interfaces, BAPIs, BADIs, PDF forms, Solution Manager, and Advanced Debugging skills.
- 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with S4 HANA, UI5, and FIORI.
- Experience in AGILE and DEVOPS environments.
