Overview
Honeywell is seeking a seasoned Director IT with extensive expertise in Projects Solutions & Projects Business Model and Enterprise Platforms (PLM) implementation. This role is vital for driving digital transformation, aligning technical solutions with business goals, and fostering innovation across the projects business lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Deploy large R&D initiatives in PPM/PLM environments.
- Define solution architecture, roadmaps, and integration strategies.
- Lead implementation projects from requirements to deployment.
- Ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, CPQ, ALM, and design systems.
- Optimize enterprise platforms for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into technical designs.
- Conduct system health checks, audits, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in large enterprise engineering and project solutions platforms.
- Experience managing large-scale SaaS platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP with strong integration expertise.
- Proven leadership in directing cross-functional IT teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.
- Knowledge of IT security, compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), and enterprise IT best practices.
- Skilled in program management, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
