Assembler Level 5
At Honeywell, the Assembler Level 5 plays a key role in assembling complex components and systems with precision and care. You will work directly under the Production Supervisor in our Urbana, OH facility on an on-site schedule.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include assembling components to specifications, conducting quality inspections, and collaborating with team members to enhance assembly processes and overall efficiency.
- Assemble components and systems per detailed specifications.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure production compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
- Identify and implement improvements in workflows.
- Manage department processes and budget tracking.
- Support training initiatives and maintenance of technology tools.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing environments, a strong understanding of assembly processes, and the ability to read technical drawings. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience with hand tools and safety protocols is essential.
