The Role: E-Commerce Coordinator

We are seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to help deliver fierce, fashion-forward energy to our global online customer. This role is crucial in delivering the signature Honey Birdette experience across our global digital stage, from flawless product drops to irresistible content updates. Reporting to our eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, this position is ideal for a detail-obsessed individual who thrives in the fast-paced world of fashion and technology.

You will collaborate closely with our Planning, Marketing, Creative, and Logistics teams to ensure every product, page, and promotion launches seamlessly, maintaining the high-end feel of our boutiques. If you possess an eye for merchandising, a passion for digital, and an affinity for all things bold and boundary-pushing, we encourage you to apply.

A day in the life of our E-Commerce Coordinator entails...

  • Launch new products like a pro—managing imagery, copy, categories, and all related assets.
  • Keep our digital shelves merchandised and promo-ready, ensuring constant optimisation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Planning to align product drops and campaign launches effectively.
  • Track stock and range readiness meticulously to prevent any oversights.
  • Optimise upsell and cross-sell placements using tools like Nosto to enhance customer experience.
  • Update site content across global markets using Shopify Plus and Langify.
  • Identify friction points in the customer journey and transform them into seamless user experiences.
  • Support SEO, affiliate programs, and performance reporting to drive traffic and growth.
  • Troubleshoot site bugs, test new features, and ensure the smooth operation of all digital platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally to bring every campaign and collection to life online.

Your Sweet Spots (About You)

  • You have 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online retail, and are eager to advance your career. Bonus points if you are proficient with Shopify Plus.
  • You understand the importance of exceptional merchandising, clean product data, and seamless digital content—because attention to detail truly matters.
  • You have experience with platforms such as Nosto, Langify, Okendo, and Loop Returns—or demonstrate a quick learning ability for new technologies.
  • You are familiar with SEO fundamentals, enjoy diving into data, and are adept with Google Analytics (GA4).
  • You have had exposure to international markets or multilingual content and are comfortable working with global audiences.
