About the Role: Automation Test Analyst
As an Automation Test Analyst at Honda Brasil, your daily activities will involve multidisciplinary tasks and challenges focused on ensuring end-to-end quality in products. You will play a crucial role in implementing and evolving test automation, reviewing QA practices, mapping indicators, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with DevOps practices will be key to increasing reliability and delivery speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and evolve test automation, ensuring end-to-end product quality.
- Review and suggest improvements to QA processes and quality assurance workflows.
- Integrate automated tests seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines.
- Map, monitor, and report quality indicators (coverage, failures, stability, etc.).
- Collaborate with DevOps practices, including build, deploy, and monitoring processes.
- Document frameworks, architectures, best practices, and automation guides.
- Support development teams to improve application testability.
Requirements and Qualifications
What Honda Brasil is looking for in you:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid experience in QA/Quality Engineering with a focus on test automation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
- Proficiency with various automation frameworks (UI, API, integration, performance).
- Practical knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, containers, observability).
- Experience working in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience in agile projects (Scrum/Kanban).
- Advanced Office suite proficiency.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python.
- Understanding of CI/CD integration: pipelines, triggers, gates.
- Basic DevOps understanding: YAML, Docker, integration with quality tools.

Work Location: Honda São Paulo (near Morumbi Shopping). This is a hybrid work model position (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
