Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will support the team by ensuring that the data entering systems such as FFT / Civica and Datix is up to date. The role involves pulling reports from Datix and QlikView ensuring that all information is current.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage data input and export for the patient experience team.
  • Extract and generate reports from Datix, Civica, and related portals.
  • Perform general administrative duties covering PALS, complaints, patient engagement and volunteers.
  • Identify and analyze trends or anomalies and escalate when necessary.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports in various appropriate formats for internal teams and divisions.
