About the Role

This role is for a Senior Product Manager leading the evolution of the Buy Before You Sell Program and associated financial products. You will drive growth by building and scaling digital products that streamline experiences for consumers, agents, and lending partners.

What You'll Do

  • Work with leadership to shape product vision and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and lending partners.
  • Design tools empowering Lenders, Clients, and Agents for efficient transactions.
  • Leverage data and conversion funnel insights to drive adoption and performance.
  • Build scalable products from MVPs to market-leading platforms.
  • Define and track success metrics linking product outcomes to company goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience in high-growth tech or SaaS.
  • Strong product instincts and a bias for action.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Experience optimizing conversion funnels and conducting A/B tests.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proptech, mortgage, and lending expertise preferred.

Compensation

Base pay range: $160,000 - $250,000, dependent on factors such as experience and market conditions. The leveling process will determine the final offer.
