As an Engineering Manager 2 in our Toronto hub, you will lead a dynamic team, drive AI-powered projects, and accelerate small businesses through intelligent solutions. Your key contributions include:

  • Overseeing a team of software engineers and providing mentorship.
  • Driving the development and implementation of AI systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for efficient project execution.
  • Fostering AI fluency within the team by encouraging new methodologies.
  • Developing and maintaining a strategic project roadmap.
  • Ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards.

The Foundation for Success

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a minimum of 5 years in software engineering with 3+ years in leadership; strong project management skills; excellent communication; and proven team mentorship experience. Experience in leading AI projects is a plus.
