As the Team Lead People Operations, you will be the strategic head and operational core for HR excellence across home24 and BUTLERS in the DACH region. You will be responsible for shaping and optimizing operational HR processes, including payroll, for over 1,500 employees. This role actively drives HR digitalization and automation, ensuring a high-performing, future-oriented HR Operations organization.

Your Responsibilities

• You design and optimize operational HR processes and services, including preparatory and follow-up payroll for the home24 Group in the DACH region, ensuring maximum usability, quality, and efficiency.
• You lead the People Operations team with a hands-on mentality, coaching team members and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
• You continuously analyze, monitor, and optimize operational HR processes and services, specifically improving relevant HR key figures.
• You manage stakeholder and interface relationships within HR Operations, strengthening collaboration inside and outside the group, thereby contributing significantly to business efficiency and growth.
• You coordinate the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring all operational HR processes and services comply.
• You are responsible for planning, conducting, and following up on internal and external HR audits.
• You manage and further develop operational HR systems (including SAP SuccessFactors, JIRA HR Ticket system, Google Suite for HR) and service provider relationships.
• You actively drive HR digitalization, focusing on automation to make processes leaner and more efficient.

Your Profile

• You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a comparable field – or an equivalent qualification.
• You possess several years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration.
• You bring sound knowledge of HR processes, payroll, HR systems, and labor law regulations.
• You are analytically strong, data-driven, and have experience optimizing HR processes and key figures.
• You have proven experience in stakeholder and interface management, effectively collaborating with internal and external partners.
• You have a passion for HR digitalization and automation, ideally bringing experience in implementing new systems and processes.
• You possess strong communication skills and can motivate, coach, and develop teams. Ideally, you bring initial leadership experience.
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner within a dynamic environment.
• You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
