Role Overview

The Intermediate Business Analyst will lead requirements planning and management for Technology Innovation and Transformation projects. This role involves analysis of business needs, translating them into system requirement specifications, and acting as a key liaison among various teams including Dynamics CRM, compliance, and risk units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business ideas into clear development requirements.
  • Facilitate sessions with diverse stakeholder groups for requirements discovery and analysis.
  • Gather and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Document detailed user stories, process flows (AS IS vs. TO BE), and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with compliance, risk, and testing teams to ensure quality delivery.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in technology, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in business/systems analysis.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, wireframing, and process modeling.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics CRM and application integration.
  • Clear, concise communication skills and a supportive attitude.
