What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound patient calls during scheduled shifts
- Schedule Annual Wellness Visits and care management appointments
- Provide professional patient education regarding preventive services
- Perform medication reconciliation and update medical histories
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurately document all patient interactions in the EHR
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent healthcare experience required
- Prior experience in a medical office, primary care, or care coordination setting
- Comfort making 50-80 patient calls per shift
- Strong phone presence and ability to engage Medicare-aged patients
- Excellent multitasking and documentation skills
