What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Schedule patients for visit plans to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Utilize productivity spreadsheets to maintain clinician efficiency and report staffing deficiencies.

• Document updates on patient care and scheduling adjustments in communication notes.
• Manage patient visits across all disciplines in accordance with care plans and episode timelines.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
