What You'll Do as an Executive Assistant to the CRO

  • Manage a wide array of administrative tasks, including complex calendar management, detailed travel arrangements, and accurate expense reporting.
  • Own and optimize the Chief Revenue Officer's schedule, ensuring clear agendas and appropriate prioritization of commitments.
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper for all meeting requests, aligning them with the CRO's priorities and ensuring productive outcomes.
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and operational gaps within processes, offering forward-thinking, effective solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive support for the logistics of internal and external events, offsites, and crucial team meetings.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Executive Assistant roles, with at least 3 years dedicated to supporting SVP or C-level leaders within large, global organizations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, characterized by a detail-oriented approach and a consistently high bar for quality.
  • A self-starter mentality coupled with a strong growth mindset, demonstrating a continuous desire for improvement and the ability to learn quickly from feedback.
  • Highly responsive nature, ensuring all internal and external constituents feel engaged, heard, and appropriately addressed.
  • Proven proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
