What To Expect: Job Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant and Board Liaison, you will provide critical administrative support and coordinate key organizational functions, ensuring smooth operations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including task management and follow-up.
  • Coordinate all operations for the Board of Directors and advisory committees, including logistics and minute-taking.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, and background documents.
  • Track strategic deadlines and assist with data entry and updates to executive dashboards.
  • Support cross-functional administrative needs related to CEO-led initiatives and board priorities.

What Is Required: Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong foundation in executive and board support, coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives and/or nonprofit boards.
  • Strong executive coordination and follow-through skills, distinct from calendar management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities remotely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Zoom.

How To Stand Out: Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience will be highly regarded:

  • Experience with nonprofit governance or board operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
