What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing interpretations of agency-related laws, policies, and procedures
- Assist clients in navigating the Commission's website and utilizing online systems for filing and registration
- Respond to inquiries via phone, in-person, and the online help desk while ensuring compliance with disclosure laws
- Document and track client issues using computer applications and software
- Review reports submitted by regulated campaigns and lobbyists to ensure compliance with filing requirements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Four (4) years of combined education and/or experience providing assistance to clients or customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or problems
- Associate's degree and two (2) years of experience in customer service, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of agency-related laws, policies, and procedures
