Your Role and Responsibilities

• Efficiently process and verify invoices, expense reports, credit cards, and all payment requests, ensuring strict adherence to company policies.
• Conduct thorough audits and process employee expense reports, maintaining compliance with travel and entertainment guidelines.
• Accurately maintain vendor records, including managing inquiries and processing necessary changes.
• Actively support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.
• Provide essential assistance with month-end and year-end closing activities, including the preparation of monthly financial reports.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role or a similar financial position.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems; prior exposure to Oracle is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• A proactive mindset, consistently seeking opportunities for process efficiency and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications to Stand Out
