About The Job

This hybrid, multi-skilled Communications Senior Specialist role supports both external communications (PR, reputation, financial education, corporate messaging) and internal communications (employee engagement, internal alignment, EX and culture). Designed for a fully integrated communications function, it offers flexibility to focus on either corporate or internal communications based on campaigns and business priorities. The role strengthens public trust, employee alignment, and message consistency across all channels.

What You’ll Do

A. Corporate Communications & Reputation Support

  • Draft press releases, media statements, talking points, and fact sheets.
  • Assist in developing perception-correction narratives (High IR, Collections, Financial Wellness).
  • Create content for the website, newsroom, and owned channels.
  • Support thought leadership articles and data-driven storytelling.
  • Coordinate with PR agency on pickups, coverage reports, and messaging accuracy.
  • Manage newsroom updates and basic web content.
  • Monitor media and social sentiment with the PR agency and escalate findings.

B. Internal Communications & Employee Messaging

  • Produce newsletters, employee announcements, and culture-building content.
  • Support leadership communications (EXCO messages, internal advisories).
  • Manage SharePoint pages and internal channels.
  • Create internal visual content (infographics, posters, internal videos).
  • Support internal education aligned with reputation needs (IR explainers, collections process, financial literacy).
  • Track engagement metrics and help improve internal content strategies.

C. Content Development & Production

  • Prepare communication materials for brand and corporate campaigns.
  • Support video shoots, internal events, and multimedia production.
  • Ensure message consistency and accuracy across all assets.

D. Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work cross-functionally to gather necessary information for materials.
  • Ensure alignment with Legal, Compliance, HR, and CX for all sensitive content.
  • Work with Brand & Influencer pods for campaign messaging consistency.

What You Need To Have

  • 2–4 years in communications, PR, internal comms, content creation, or marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and messaging development skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Basic understanding of PR processes and internal communications.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement content or employee experience-focused communication.
  • Graphic design, Canva, or video editing skills.
  • Experience writing scripts, storyboards, or content for explainers.
  • Knowledge of SEO or newsroom content management.
