Job Overview
The In Home Service Tech travels to customer’s homes using a company vehicle to assess, repair, or exchange damaged furniture. The role requires careful evaluation of customer concerns, precise documentation of repairs, and adherence to safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer homes in a company vehicle
- Assess, repair, or exchange damaged furniture
- Listen to and address customer concerns accurately
- Document repairs completed and identify future repair needs
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (or working towards it)
- Valid driver’s license
- Three to six months related experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 150 pounds
- Experience operating power tools safely
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
