About the Role

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for front desk reception, data entry in the HRIS system, maintaining databases, and assisting both walk-in applicants and new hires with paperwork and processes.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Maintain front desk reception area including opening and closing the office
  • Enter and update data in the HRIS system
  • Operate a multi-line phone and assist walk-in applicants
  • Maintain databases, employee personnel folders, and records
  • Assist with new hire paperwork, drug test results, and benefits eligibility
  • Create reports and distribute department mail and faxes
  • Process exit procedures including verification requests and final paychecks
  • Order office supplies and assist with various HR administrative tasks

Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older with a high school degree or equivalent work experience. Must have above average computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
