About the Role
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for front desk reception, data entry in the HRIS system, maintaining databases, and assisting both walk-in applicants and new hires with paperwork and processes.
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain front desk reception area including opening and closing the office
- Enter and update data in the HRIS system
- Operate a multi-line phone and assist walk-in applicants
- Maintain databases, employee personnel folders, and records
- Assist with new hire paperwork, drug test results, and benefits eligibility
- Create reports and distribute department mail and faxes
- Process exit procedures including verification requests and final paychecks
- Order office supplies and assist with various HR administrative tasks
Qualifications
Must be 21 years or older with a high school degree or equivalent work experience. Must have above average computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
