About the Role
The Affiliate Digital Account Executive will drive the global growth of our Affiliate Program by building strategic affiliate partnerships and launching data-driven campaigns. This role requires travel industry expertise, a focus on measurable results, and an ability to tap into regional trends to expand brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Grow and optimize affiliate collaborations, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners and revenue drivers.
- Manage new affiliate partnerships from negotiations to integrations.
- Monitor affiliate activity, performance and conduct fraud checks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies across all online channels.
- Increase market position through local strategies and market insights.
What You Need to Succeed
- Native or fluent English with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communication or Business Administration (preferred).
- 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience and a proven track record.
- SEO knowledge and tool experience (Ahrefs desirable).
- Strong capability in data analysis using Excel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, among others.
- SQL/BigQuery knowledge is a plus.
- Dynamic, proactive, and ambitious with strong project management skills.
- Experience in managing strategic partnerships, especially in Portuguese Speaking Markets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with international teams.
- Experience in the travel industry or familiarity with international SIM cards and mobile connectivity solutions is a plus.
