Area Service Manager
HOH Water Technology, a third generation family-owned water treatment company celebrating 56 years in business, is seeking an experienced Area Service Manager to lead a team of 4-7 Service Engineers/Water Quality Engineers and a Pretreatment Technician. Main Responsibilities
- Leadership, Management, & Accountability: Lead the team, manage operations, and ensure accountability by providing coaching, performance feedback, and conducting regular meetings and reviews.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, manage resources, and optimize service delivery while collaborating with the leadership team.
- Annual Service Plans: Adhere to HOH Service Core Process, oversee quality of reports, manage the service region's Profit/Loss, and work with Business Development Manager for smooth sales to service transitions.
- Customer Audits: Conduct regular facility visits to produce formal Level 5 Audit Reports for both current and prospective customers.
- Technical & Sales Support: Support service delivery with technical guidance, relationship building, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in water treatment or related field.
- Relevant managerial experience with strong communication and organizational skills.
- College degree in a science-related field; CWT Certification preferred.
- Ability to pass Human Performance Evaluation (HPE), Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and Drug Screening.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
