Experience & Qualifications for the Full Time Bar Prep Role

  • 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant; bar experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.
  • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, with frequent bending, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and stooping.

Key Responsibilities of a Full Time Bar Prep

  • Precisely measure ingredients for bar products by weight, following recipes exactly.
  • Ensure all bar-related food and beverage items are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
  • Assist with receiving beverage deliveries and stocking designated areas before, during, and after service.
  • Change out kegs and gas tanks as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and team-oriented demeanor at all times.
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks and follow management directives.
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and practices, including health & safety and loss prevention.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
