Department: Finance

Office Location: London

Working Hours: 35 hours per week (9:30am to 5:30pm) with possibility of additional hours. Hybrid working up to 40% from home.

Firm & Department Description

Hogan Lovells is one of the leading global law firms with over 40 offices worldwide. The London Finance team, comprising around 70 staff, manages a variety of financial functions including billing and financial analysis. The eBilling team consists of two eBilling Analysts and one eBilling Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • eBill Generation and Upload: Create and submit electronic invoices using client-specific platforms.
  • Portal Management: Maintain and update the eBilling portal for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot upload failures, resolve data discrepancies and client feedback.
  • Global Coordination: Liaise with finance staff, partners, PAs, and international teams to ensure billing workflow efficiency.
  • Accrual Reporting: Coordinate accrual information submissions to meet reporting requirements.

Person Specification

Applicants must have a GCSE standard minimum and sound eBilling experience including knowledge of Elite 3E. The candidate should effectively work as part of a team, build strong relationships, work well under pressure, and be adaptable to change.
