Product Manager Private Label

Overview

The Product Manager Private Label role at Hochland SE is focused on strengthening partnerships with retailers while driving innovative product strategies and optimizing the existing assortment. You will be responsible for project results and will collaborate closely with sales and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored product innovations and assortment optimizations.
• Operate with a strategic mindset to enhance customer partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams like Sales and Support.
• Analyze food trends and market potential for growth.
• Manage projects using modern project management tools.

Requirements

• Extensive marketing experience in the FMCG environment, ideally with private labels.
• Proven project leadership experience, preferably with international exposure.
• Capability to manage various tasks across product management effectively.
• A team player who communicates at eye level.
• Self-reflective, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Position available in at least 70% part-time up to full-time.
