Job Description

About the Senior Manager Administration Role

This position at HKR International Limited involves supervising a team to deliver administration and facilities management services. The incumbent will also review office admin workflows and internal procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team to manage office supplies, logistics, office renovation, equipment maintenance, and staff events.
  • Review and optimize office admin workflows and procedures periodically.
  • Liaise with external parties including service providers and office equipment vendors.
  • Maintain a clean and safe office environment through coordination with cleaning staff, vendors, and contractors.
  • Organize annual activities and internal functions.
  • Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of solid office administration experience in sizeable or listed companies.
  • Mature, committed, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced PC skills including MS Office, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
  • Less experience may be considered for Associate Senior Manager - Administration role.

Location & Transportation

Work locations include Sheung Wan, Tsuen Wan, and Discovery Bay. Free transportation to Discovery Bay is provided, with a 25-minute ferry ride from Central or a 10-15 minute bus ride from Sunny Bay MTR.
