Opportunity
As a DevOps Engineer II at Hiver, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and securing our infrastructure to support a rapidly growing global user base. With over 5 million emails processed daily and thousands of active users relying on our platform, operational excellence is at the core of what we do.
What You will be working on?
- Creating and Managing Kubernetes clusters on EKS
- Deploying applications to Kubernetes through ArgoCD
- Manage multiple datastores - Elasticsearch, RDS, DocumentDB etc.
- Experienced in provisioning infrastructure with IaC tools (Terraform preferably).
- Manage queueing systems - RabbitMQ, Kafka
- Architecting solutions as per engineering teams needs
- Solve scalability issues with current infrastructure
- Provide support to engineering teams
- Implementing GitOps across the organization
What we are looking for?
- 4+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps role
- Strong working knowledge of Linux and operating system fundamentals
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience working with Cloud platforms (AWS)
- Scripting knowledge (Python / Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools like DataDog / CloudWatch / Grafana is a must
- Experience working with a CI/CD setup is a must (Github Actions)
- Experience with integrating AI into DevOps workflows will be an advantage.
- Experience with ELK stack will be an advantage.
