About the role
Treasury Infrastructure Support Analyst
The Global Treasury Operations hub in Bangalore delivers treasury services, infrastructure, and know-how to manage cash & liquidity, financial risks, and relevant governance & controls for the Hitachi Energy business.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Performing daily tasks and working closely with IT support teams, banks, and other stakeholders in delivering expert transactional treasury operations services. Key SAP related activities include:
- Bank account administration and other treasury-related activities in S4/HANA Fiori & Bank access management.
- Multi-Bank Connectivity Infrastructure (MBC): Involvement in bank reporting files (EBS) like MT940, CAMT, BAI, as well as messaging services SWIFT FIN and File Act.
- Country Payment & Banking Requirements Assessment: Bank Relationship, List of Operational Bank Accounts, Bank Accounts’ Scope, Type of payments, Existing Bank Connectivity.
- Bank Keys: Support business in selecting bank keys/bank branches.
- Bank Account Management (BAM): Maintain the BAM tool in S4/HANA support with the closing/opening/modification of bank accounts. Testing and enhancement of the tool functionalities. Annual bank review processes.
- General: Raising incidents related to MBC & BAM for S4/HANA.
- Controls & Governance topics: Support with topics related to treasury Internal & External controls. Support and manage Emergency Plan & Signatory lists.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance / Master’s in Business Administration.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Finance/Banking/Treasury.
- Good discipline for financial, routine tasks and ability to learn new skills via tailored on-the-job training.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with standard IS collaboration and communication tools (Outlook, Office 365, CSS workflow tool) as well as good Excel skills.
- Experience with Treasury integration with SAP FI/CO and other modules.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA TRM environments.
- Knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements in Treasury.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
