Responsibilities
- Lead tender teams by coaching, motivating, and developing colleagues.
- Define and drive tender strategy and ensure key targets are met.
- Oversee proposal preparation using internal and external resources.
- Validate commercial, technical, legal, and pricing terms.
- Support Sales during meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Ensure all proposals comply with Hitachi Energy's procedures and legal requirements.
