Your leadership will directly impact the success of projects in France, Morocco, Portugal, and Spain—especially in complex and strategic initiatives.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead local project execution activities, ensuring delivery meets quality, safety, financial, and timeline targets.
  • Manage the Project Management, Site Management, and Scheduling & Planning Teams directly.
  • Improve project execution strategies in line with business goals and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee a consistent approach to managing the local project portfolio using best practices and company policies.
  • Supervise project teams, ensuring processes and instructions are followed and improved based on lessons learned.
  • Support budgeting and planning, identifying and addressing gaps in project execution capacity.
  • Monitor project performance, resolve escalated issues, and ensure proper project closure.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key escalation point.
  • Develop and lead project teams, ensuring the right structure, skills, and growth opportunities are in place.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on energy systems or power grids.
  • Solid experience in project or operations management within the energy transmission and distribution sector.
  • Proven team leadership experience is highly valued, especially in developing talent and managing multicultural teams.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written), with the ability to operate effectively across multiple countries. French is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the complexities of electrical infrastructure projects, including technical, logistical, and stakeholder-related challenges.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations, with the ability to manage multiple requests and report functionally to different stakeholders.
