Management Trainee - Hitachi Energy
Hitachi Energy is seeking a fresh BTECH graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering for an entry-level Management Trainee position. This role supports Technical Project Engineering with emphasis on multiple engineering disciplines including electrical, mechanical, chemical, civil, structural, automation, and software engineering.
Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Develop and coordinate complete engineering information across disciplines.
- Lead the development of new solutions for complex projects.
- Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning.
- Design and conduct experiments with detailed data analysis.
- Create work plans, cost estimates, and review project scopes.
- Interact directly with customers, officials, contractors, and supply chain.
Role Requirements
- BTECH in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with strong theoretical knowledge.
- Ability to work under close supervision.
- Willingness to learn and engage in multidisciplinary engineering tasks.
