- Assist in organizing and supporting Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and increment planning
- Track sprint progress, dependencies, and impediments, escalating when required
- Ensure project data, sprint metrics, and status are accurately maintained in delivery and reporting tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ServiceNow)
- Support the management of Statements of Work (SoW) in collaboration with senior project managers, sourcing, and vendors and assist with vendor invoicing activities.
- Support clear and structured communication across distributed, cross‑functional Agile teams
- Support identification and tracking of risks, issues, and dependencies within Agile delivery
- Assist in quality checks, readiness activities, and validation coordination
- Contribute to retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen Agile delivery practices
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accessible, and up to date, including contracts, SoWs, project plans, status reports, decisions, and delivery
Your background
- Initial professional experience (0–3 years) in project coordination, Agile delivery, IT operations, or consulting
- Foundational understanding of Agile principles and Scrum concepts
- Experience with Agile delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ServiceNow SPM)
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Exposure to working with vendors or external partners is an advantage
- Certifications such as PMI ACP, Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent is advantageous.
