Your Role: Managing Consultant IT Operations

As a Managing Consultant IT Operations, you will embark on exciting and impactful tasks:

• Advise clients at management and C-level to enhance IT performance and future viability.
• Analyze and evaluate IT organizations (including IT infrastructure, operations, IT service management) to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Optimize processes and define clear responsibilities for effective and efficient IT operations service delivery.
• Provide technical leadership to consultants and support their professional development.

What We Look For

We are looking for a candidate who brings the following qualifications:

• Completed degree and at least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT operations or ITSM, ideally in a leadership role.
• Profound understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks, combined with experience in managing complex IT organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking, coupled with the ability to analyze complex interrelationships and derive practical recommendations.
• High degree of personal responsibility, structured working methods, and excellent presentation and communication skills (fluent in German).
