Responsibilities
- Gather business and product requirements and identify bottlenecks.
- Define architecture, tech stack, and development standards.
- Integrate AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI, or similar) to accelerate workflow and quality.
- Develop end-to-end features ensuring maintainability and scalability.
- Propose and execute a technical roadmap for restructuring.
- Collaborate with key departments to align technical and business priorities.
- Initiate and/or lead the formation of a growing technical team.
Requirements
- Proficient in React for frontend development.
- Experience in Node.js and Java for backend development.
- Background in integrating coding assistants or AI copilots (Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI, or similar).
