Responsibilities

  • Gather business and product requirements and identify bottlenecks.
  • Define architecture, tech stack, and development standards.
  • Integrate AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI, or similar) to accelerate workflow and quality.
  • Develop end-to-end features ensuring maintainability and scalability.
  • Propose and execute a technical roadmap for restructuring.
  • Collaborate with key departments to align technical and business priorities.
  • Initiate and/or lead the formation of a growing technical team.

Requirements

  • Proficient in React for frontend development.
  • Experience in Node.js and Java for backend development.
  • Background in integrating coding assistants or AI copilots (Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI, or similar).
