About The Web Developer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of web projects and a passion for developing innovative, high-performance web applications. This role involves working on complex AI-driven applications, integrating large language models, and implementing progressive web app solutions to enhance user experience. The Web Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver scalable and efficient web solutions. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on pioneering projects utilizing the latest web technologies and cloud services, contributing to the company's mission of delivering transformative digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Svelte, along with experience in state management libraries.
• Knowledge of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) within browser environments, including prompt engineering and inference optimization.
• Experience in developing Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), including Service Workers, caching strategies, and offline capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Web Performance Optimization techniques, especially for AI-driven applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, Route 53, DynamoDB, CloudFront, Lambda, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, ELB, and EBS.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like GIT, and software engineering best practices in a test-driven development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
• Understanding of service-oriented business processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications with a focus on AI integration and performance.
• Implement and optimize Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) to ensure seamless offline functionality and fast load times.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into web applications, including prompt engineering and inference performance tuning.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design prototypes into functional web interfaces.
• Work closely with backend teams and cloud engineers to ensure smooth integration with AWS services and APIs.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, efficiency, and responsiveness.
• Develop and maintain documentation of technical specifications, system architecture, and codebase.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
