About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technology Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure that project objectives are met within scope, budget, and quality standards. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the technology sector is required. Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master are highly desirable. Candidates should have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure is also crucial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technology projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and business analysts to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Identify potential risks and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams regarding project status, challenges, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize project management tools and software to track progress and generate reports for senior management.
• Promote continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned in future initiatives.
