About the Role
Hirenza is seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. As our first in-house recruiter, you will shape our talent strategy and build high-performing teams across multiple departments including Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker capable of managing the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency and in-house roles.
- Ability to manage diverse requisitions across technical and non-technical functions.
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Lever) and remote collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and influence hiring managers.
- Experience in a remote-first environment with strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Act as a brand ambassador by representing Hirenza’s culture and values.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Oversee interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain and optimize the ATS system to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with the People team during onboarding.
- Provide leadership with regular updates on pipeline status and market trends.
